So-private.com is a private social network for international jetsetters & Clubbers. According to this, the access to membership is strictly reserved. The membership allows you to receive invitations to exclusive parties directed by our partner establishments as well as access to all pages and services of the site.
Member account / profile account
The use and browsing on the So-private.com site requires creating an account. By creating the account, the user accepts having read and understood these terms and conditions of use and accept them, he guarantees their good compliance.
The accounts are created through sponsorships addressed by the members present at the site initially or by submitting profile subject to acceptance by the moderators of So-private.com.
The profiles / accounts of members shall be only created as a real person and only one account per member. Using a nickname or alias is prohibited.
A photo representing the member is obligatory on all profile pages. Photos of landscape, animals, drawings etc ... cannot be placed in a medallion profile.
All information, data, photos, videos, audio, placed in an account profile are subject to veracity must respect international law and the country of the user concerning rights to the image and in general, all regulations.
Created accounts can be at any time act as a restraint upon the request of one or more members of the community or the administrators and moderators of So-private.com. During this period of examination, the controlled account will be notified "in moderation" to other users and some features or permissions to use can be removed temporarily to the user. After the control, the account will be permanently closed by the moderator or will work normally with no more reference indicated above.

Also the use of our name and logo is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. All advertising, promotion or solicitation is prohibited.

The use of the Forum and chat are not intended for commercial advertisings without the express permission of So-Private.com. Any post or message can be deleted or moved if the content is not appropriate with the initial theme of each section of the forum.
Payment
Any purchase on the site so-private.com can be realized only through the official spaces https. Any service purchased is functional at the end of the payment and for a period defined previously. Each payment will result in the establishing of an invoice.
Confidentiality
